- Building compliance and condition reporting.
- Peer review of other consultant designs and documentation.
- Issuing of Producer Statements for Design (PS 1) and Design Review (PS 2) for Building Consent processes, and Construction Review (PS 4). We interact with Architects and other project team members to deliver design engineering inputs for our client projects.
- Design of piled foundations in timber, steel or concrete, including concrete pad foundations.
- Underpinning and strengthening existing structure foundations for enhanced scour reliability and seismic performance.
- Design of footway, highway and rail bridge superstructures in steel, timber and concrete materials.
- Design of pre-stressed concrete for precast and post tensioned structures.
- Retaining walls utilizing steel, concrete and timber materials.
